I loved the central location and general atmosphere of the hotel. Rooms and communal areas were clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful with excellent communication skills. Very classy hotel.

The indoor swimming pool was rather cool and therefore pretty uninviting,

Very helpful staff. Very nice hotel - enjoyed relaxing in the bar area and using the pool/spa. Decided to splash out on an upmarket hotel and it delivered to our expectations.

A/C was not working in our room. It took three complaints, three engineers who insisted it was working and a thermometer showing 28C before we were moved to a cooler room. Hotel discontinued CNN TV channel the day before the US election - DOH!

excellent discreet service, excellent breakfast

restaurant eveniong meal poor and very overpriced too many noisy children in poor despite it being advertised as a relaxing area and requests for quiet and repect fpr other guests

It's a cozy cool hotel combining modern and classic elements to the just right level. Just on the La Rambla, the hotel would be the ideal one for those who enjoy night life and street walking. The hotel has a private parking which is very clean and quite spacious.

If you want to go to asleep anytime before 3am, please make sure you don't have the room on the La Rambla side -- noise of cars, people talking/singing, street performance would definitely tell you how sleepless the city is.

It was very central and the staff could not have been more helpful. We will certainly choose this hotel again, possibly early 2009

Only that the roof terrace was closed due to refurbishment, which is why we will probably return earlier in the season.

The Facilities were very good, The location was excellent.

Our room was facing the front of the hotel looking onto the Ramblers,Beautiful room. There was a consent vibration from the underground Rail System . This could be heard all day until they closed in the evening.Very disturbing when you are trying to read! If we stayed there again we would definitely not take any of the rooms on the front of the building.

the hotel is very beautiful in a great location. if you want to feel pampered, definitely stay here.

water in the room would have been nice but other than that, it is a perfect hotel.
